1. How Do I Place An Order
A: Simply click through our online store to find what you're looking for! Keep in mind some items may have several options including color, style, and add-ons. When you are ready to check out, click on "Check Out". (If you are unable to find what you're looking for, we offer customized options, so contact us with your ideas!)

2. What forms of Payment do you accept?
A: We accept Paypal. If you do not have a paypal account, you may sign up for free at www.paypal.com.
3. What is your Shipping Policy?
A: We ship all over the world. Shipping rates will be based on the total weight of your purchase. International shipping is available. Simply select the Country during checkout and shippings fees will be added to your total. **Due to the custom nature of our business, with many items being made-to-order, please at least 7 business days after purchase for shipping information to become available. Paypal should send an e-mail once items have been shipped.
3 Can I return my item?
A: All items come with a lifetime warranty. 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you like it, tell your friends. If you don't, tell us at orders@scalerfab.com and we'll make it right by either repairing a broken item, or refunding the purchase price upon return of your original order.
