N.W.I. TTC/Team KNK Cabin Fever Reliever Recaps

My 2016 season kicked off on February 21 At the N.W.I. T.T.C I must say that it was an amazing turn out for the season opener. I had a blast on the course !

Course 1 I only had 7 reverses and on Course 2 I only had 2 reverses . The final event was the sled pull. I burnt my motor up .. But on the bright side I walked away with 3rd place ...

Last weekend, I decided last minute to check out the Team Knk cabin fever event. After replacing the brushed motor with a new one I was really looking forward to running. Unfortunately, I end up 15th out 23rd in class 1. Course 1 I hit two gates and had one touch due to drive losing all power. On Course 2, I hit one gate and had two touches due to loss of power again.

During break, I talked with some of my fellow Rc people and we think that when I burnt the motor up at N.W.I T.T.C season opener, I burnt the internal bec up in the esc . So after swapping that out, I was ready to continue. Courses 3 & 4 were flawless!

Next up, I'm just going to be working on my practice course at my house with some friends and get new electronics for the Sawback, which has all new ScalerFab Trail Armor, included a custom bumper, rock sliders, and skid plate! Check out the sawback armor here:
