On April 23rd, I hosted an event at Cherokee Rock Village in Sand Rock Alabama. This event was a ScalerFab-sponsored show & shine and demonstration of a scale comp. Our goal was to get new people involved by letting them see what we do. I had a scale course set up to let people see how we navigate though the gates and I also had a smaller course set up so new comers could try a scaler out for themselves. Every spectator that came to watch also got to vote on their favorite rig . There where a lot of different favorites but Joseph Dunlap from Columbus Georgia stole the show with his huge 1/6 scale Chevrolet truck. I proudly handed over the ScalerFab prize pack to him which was a nice ScalerFab land anchor, small banner and ScalerFab stickers. I am so proud that I get to represent a company that allows me to do stuff like this. One thing I did for every small child that tried out my scaler was give them a small ScalerFab sticker. It was so cool to see them smile when they got a sticker . No, I don't have anything to say about how I beat on my ScalerFab jeep this weekend, mainly because I was so busy talking to parents and showing kids how to drive a scaler, I didn't have time to play. Lol. Thank you ScalerFab for also making such good products that they even look good sitting on a table doin' nothing!
